Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Wajoli African Wear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and are here to help in case you need to return an item.
We give you a 14-day window to initiate return after your item has been delivered. Therefore, in order to be eligible for return, you need to meet the following requirements:
- It must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
- Have all original tags and still be in its original packing.
- Have a receipt or proof of purchase.
We can be reached at wajoliafricanwear@gmail.com for returns. We will provide all return shipping information and labels to you to mail the item back to us. We do not accept return requests without prior approval.
Once we accept your return, you will be given a return shipping label. Ship items back to:

Damaged or Defective Items
We work hard to ensure our items are perfect. If there's a defective one is damaged or wrong please inspect your order at the time of receipt and inform us right away at wajoliafricanwear@gmail.com. We will deal with it promptly.
Items That Can't Be Returned
Some of the merchandise we will not take back for health and safety reasons, such as:
- Perishable merchandise
- Food, flowers, plants
- Custom or personalized goods
- Special orders, custom-made goods
- Personal hygienic merchandise
- Cosmetics
We also will not accept returned hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. But if you still have questions, don't worry, just call us.
Also, items purchased on sale are not returnable and cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges
If you want a different size, color, or style, then return the first item and then order the one you would want, so you can get what you want without any delay.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will confirm whether your return is accepted or declined. In case your return is accepted by us, we would process a refund in your original payment mode within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
